Warranties on Our Products

We are very proud and happy to offer the following warranties on our products. You will not find this type of warranty on a drum anywhere.

Limited 5 Year Warranty On Hardware

All V.P. Hawaii hardware carries a limited 5 year warranty. Only breakage and not wear on rims, lugs and nuts. If hardware is found to be deficient during normal use, it will be replaced. Original purchasers only. Proof of purchase is required.

Limited 5 Year warranty on shells

The drum shells carry a limited 5 year warranty. If a shell separates during normal use and is found not caused by abnormal circumstances, it will be replaced. Original purchasers only. Proof of purchase is required.

Shell warranty is void by use of any after market equipment not endorsed or authorized by Volcano Percussion.
